Stor Safe came to life more than 50 years ago when John and Henrietta Miller purchased their very first property at 1501 Burlington St in North Kansas City. Now, their son John Miller, Jr. and his wife Stacy Miller run most of the day to day operations alongside their team of office/property managers and maintenance personnel.

Stor Safe has expanded so much over the years that we are proud to offer a variety of resources for entrepreneurs of all backgrounds, no matter where you are in your business journey.
For starters, we are the parent company for iWerx, an expansive establishment with two locations that provides private offices, collaborative workspaces, conferences rooms, cafes, and a business center that is available to rent for corporate functions whether you are an iWerx member or not.
In addition to iWerx, we have private and collaborative office space at our other properties, along with warehouse/workshop space and storage options, too.
Our diverse tenant base includes mechanics, estheticians, hair stylists, IT professionals, photographers, an antique mall, artists, a t-shirt shop, rock climbing, breweries, real estate agents, yoga, a skating facility, and construction companies, to name a few.
Through iWerx, we also offer business services such as web design and development, logo creation, resume writing, and content and ghostwriting services.
